There IS such a law. It’s called the Bible. Unfortunately a lot of people don’t take it seriously. #don’tblameGod

Many laws are passed but the majority of them are rarely enforced.

I wish there was such a law. It should also ban women from sleeping around. I guess you can start a petition or something.
